Print your medallion(s) using the downloadable template (see downloads tab). Use thin (Scotch brand, preferred) double-sided tape to hold the paper medallion in the holder.

Prefer a custom Lucite fish eye lens imprinted with the varietal/winery? Contact your Micro Matic sales representative about custom medallions. A high-resolution artwork file is required. Allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.
